Questions:

1. How would I know if the estimate has been sent?

2. Is there a way to see the estimate sent. Is it downloadable in PDF format where I can re-send it if necessary?

3. With regards to the last column "Update TS", how would I know if the deficiencies has been taken care of or has been scheduled? And what does "TS" means?

Angie's Answers:

1. service titan look up customer and click on job for the testing

2. service titian look up customer scroll down and see the history it will tell if the estimate was email and if the customer opened or didn’t

3. a. Its suppose to say TR which is short for test report you can change it

b. you will know the deficiencies were done on the spot by reading the technicians notes and them stating it or asking them directly doesn't hurt to verify with them if you are unsure.

c. If the deficiencies get approved afterward, they will either call to schedule or email regardless Saro has to schedule and you will know when the job was scheduled and if complete by looking on service titian than you know to update the test report

keep in mind some people may not approve all deficiencies, you will see on service titian what exactly was approved and what wasn't, make sure to not remove a deficiency from the report if you don’t 100% know it was replaced/fixed
