Scheduling Meeting Procedures

  • Go through each day for the week and the following week and fill in any holes on the schedule

  • Go over any jobs that haven’t been scheduled and need to be

  • Go over any jobs that are still open and need to be closed for example estimates, customer questions, billing…etc.

  • Go over on call for the following week

  • Go over plan work (ME notes)
