ONL Y IF IT’S A LANDLORD ASK WILL YOU BE THERE TO MEET THE TECHNICIAN, and if not DOES THE TENNANT HAVE THE RIGHT TO AUHORIZE WORK?

For all new customers who only want estimates you need to say the following:  We have a one time estimate fee of $25 for new customers, if you approve any of the work the fee is deducted from the job.    (If they whine and its Watertown you can say your going to waive the fee)
