GSM Activation Process

PART - 1 - Activating the GSM in NAPCO

Ideally, you will know in advance that we need to schedule and activate a GSM installation.

1. Login to NAPCO: https://www.napcocomnet.com/instance1EnvMMLogin/html/login.html

2. Go to Device Management > Add Account > Service Plans

3. Enter the 8 digits Radio ID and click the GO button

4. Choose (NFPA 2010 MAX 5M Commercial Fire Dual Path Svc Plan 16.95 EA)

5. Hit (Click for Details)

6. Click the Add button

7. Click New button and enter the customer’s information. All customer’s information can be found in Service Titan. No need to enter the email and phone number. Just the First and Last Name, Address, City, State and ZIP code. Then Click “Add Subscriber“ button.

8. Click “Add To Cart“ button, Close the window that will appear and Click the “Checkout“ button and “Continue“ button. All CC information are already saved. Then click the “Submit Order“ button. And the GSM is activated.
